Jonathan Penkin

Jonathan is the chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs Israel and head of Investment Banking in Israel. Prior to that, he was co-head of the Goldman Sachs Financing Group in Asia Pacific Ex-Japan (AEJ) and head of Equity Capital Markets for AEJ. Jonathan is a trustee of the One to One Children’s Fund, a governor of Tel Aviv University and a Board Member of the New Israel Fund. Jonathan earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Cape Town in 1986, an MA in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, cum laude, in 1990 and a BA in Law from University College, Oxford, in 1992.
